Siyahıda Azərbaycan, İsveçrə, Şimali Makedoniya, Estoniya, Oman, Laos və digər ölkələrin adları var. ABŞ vətəndaşlarına tövsiyyə edir ki, yarana biləcək qeyri-sabit siyasi vəziyyətə və terror təhlükəsinin artmasına görə Azərbaycana səfər etməsinlər.

Is Xi’s persecution of China’s Uighur Muslims a genocide in the making?

From the mid-1970s Deng Xiaoping and his successors sought consensus at home and trade and rapprochement with the west after the abominations of Mao’s “cultural revolution”. There was a golden moment when even this one-party state might have been negotiable, but it was tragically crushed when the tanks rolled into Tiananmen Square on 4 June 1989.

Even then, however, it was tyranny tempered by trade, capitalism and a degree of circumspection, including term limits on communist party bosses. By contrast, XI is an unfettered emperor in the tradition of Mao.
The world now faces not a pragmatic one-party state but a doctrinaire one-man dictatorship. And the dictator, into his second decade of power, is determined to stamp out latent as well as actual dissent, even at the price of western trade and collaboration.
Xi’s state security law for Hong Kong, published in the last week of June, is a fundamental and deliberate breach of the 1984 Sino-British declaration, which guaranteed the political freedoms of the trading city for at least 50 years. Now, Britain, as guarantor of the declaration, cannot escape responsibility to take the lead in offering asylum and refuge if repression of Hong Kong’s democrats takes place.
Hong Kong could be the new West Berlin, a defining struggle in a new Cold War which we have no choice but to fight if western values, prosperity and power are not to be undermined.
Like West Berlin, Hong Kong may be salvageable and defensible because of its position in the eye of the world. But only if the west leads with the strength of Ernie Bevin and George Marshall in the face of Stalin’s attempt to snuff out West Berlin in 1948/9.
For the ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, the western region of China, what started as repression is ratcheted up month by month into a new “cultural revolution”.
Claims that perhaps one million, or even three million, Uighurs, Kazakhs and other ethnic groups have been driven into “re-education” camps have been made by respected human rights organisations such as Human Rights Watch. Satellite images show the scale of the camps, and British diplomats who have visited Xinjiang say that these reports are broadly accurate.
The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination describes the region as “a massive internment camp shrouded in secrecy, a ‘no rights’ zone, while members of the Xinjiang Uyghur minority, along with others who were identified as Muslim, were being treated as enemies of the state based on nothing more than their ethno-religious identity.”
Uighurs have been arrested and sent to the camps for simply having WhatsApp on their mobile phones, for having relatives living abroad, and for accessing religious materials online. Often no reason is given at all. They have no access to legal counsel or mechanism for appeal, and often the family are not told where the detainee is held or when they might be released.
But now, it has gone all beyond control. A research by reputable German anthropologist Adrian Zenz suggests that the dramatic decline in the birth rate among the ethnic minority communities in Xinjiang may indicate the promotion of a targeted birth prevention strategy which, along with the destruction of cemeteries, reports of mass incarceration, indoctrination, extrajudicial detention, invasive surveillance, forced labour and other crimes “could point towards the crime of genocide”.
“Hide your light and bide your time,” was Deng’s motto. It is how he survived Mao.
It is time for the west to shine its light on the new Mao and stop pretending we can continue as before.

İki uyğur liderinin müraciəti Çindəki uyğur müsəlmanları üzərində edilən soyqırım və cinayətlərə qarşı Beynəlxalq Cinayət Məhkəməsini (International Criminal Court -ICC) hərəkətə gəlib. İki uyğur fəalı qrupunu təmsil edən Londondakı Hüquqşünaslar Qrupu Çində uyğurların qanunsuz tutulması və ya Kamboca və Tacikistandan deportasiya edilməsi ilə əlaqədar Beynəlxalq Ədalət Məhkəməsinə şikayət göndərib.

Çinə qarşı Beynəlxalq Cinayət Məhkəməsinə apelyasiya şikayəti verən vəkillərdən biri Rondie Dixon , Çinin qətliam işi üzrə məhkəmənin səlahiyyətinə daxil olduğunu söyləyib: “Çin, Kamboca hər ikisi də məhkəməyə üzv ölkədir və beləliklə də qlobal bir məsələdir. Bu, çox əhəmiyyətli bir dava ola bilər, çünki Çin hələ də insan haqlarının pozulması və uyğur qətliamına görə heç bir məsuliyyət daşımayıb”.

Çinin bu məhkəmənin yurisdiksiyasına baxacağına və istintaqa hazır olacağı şübhəlidir. Amma buna baxmayaraq, ilk dəfə olaraq bir beynəlxalq məhkəmə orqanında bu mövzuda dinləmə başlayacaq.

Bu arada, Çin Kommunist Partiyasının sədri və Çin Prezidenti Si Tszinpinin ən nüfuzlu tənqidçisi kimi tanınan vəkil Xu Zhuangzhun Pekində bazar ertəsi polis tərəfindən həbs olunub. O, ölkənin nüfuzlu Şighua Universitetində hüquq professorudur. Dostu Geng Jiaonan, Xu Zhaungzhun kitabının Nyu Yorkda ötən ay nəşr olunduğunu söyləyib. Xu, Çin Prezidentini və və Kommunist Partiyasının rəhbərliyini ciddi şəkildə tənqid edirdi. Kitabda 10 siyasi esse var. Məqalədə yazılıb ki, Çin, Mao Zedongun totalitar rejiminə doğru gedir.

ANAR ALIZADE’S DIRTY PLAN AGAINST MUBARIZ MANSIMOV

How did Anar Alizade seize Mubariz Mansimov’s hundreds of millions of property together with Palmali’s managers?

Today, as the government acknowledges in Azerbaijan there are 600,000 officially unemployed. There are 1 million 250 thousand retirees receiving pensions below the minimum wage of 250 AZN (147 USD). By adding more than 200,000 disabled people who are unable to work and need 130 AZN a month, it turns out that at least 2 million of the country’s population is in poverty. However, a group of people seizes and plunders the country’s wealth. They are engaged in plunder by establishing a very complex business scheme in offshore areas. This is such a plunder system that it takes years to reveal and to find the final address of the money transferred from the country.

Anar Alizada has confiscated the mega-yacht port and hotels belonging to Mubariz Mansimov. Timetv.live has revealed another robbery of Anar Alizade against Mubariz Mansimov the president of Palmali Group of Companies. The further target of Anar Alizade’s plan to confiscate Mubariz Mansimov’s property was “Palmarina” (new name: Bodrum Yalikavak) mega-yacht port and luxury hotels located in the port.

Anar Alizade became a partner of Mubariz Mansimov on the Bodrum Yalikavak yacht port purchased by Mubariz Mansimov in 2011 from Jefi Kamhi, the owner of Profilo Holding, for $ 42 million. According to the Turkish business registry information, RSR Holding, founded by Anar Alizade in Singapore in 2007, acquired 50% of the shares of Palmali Hotel Tourism & Agency Limited company in March 2012. The document was signed by Agshin Salimov, currently the sales and marketing director of SOCAR’s “Petkim” company, representing RSR Holding. By making additional investments in the port, its yacht capacity was doubled. “Palmarina” yacht port became the largest yacht port in Turkey after the reconstruction. It was put into operation in June 2013. Note that, the shares of Bodrum Yalikavak Tourism and Yacht Port Investments and Trade Inc., which manages “Palmarina”, were controlled by Palmali Hotel Management Investment and Tourism Limited company (new name: BYK Hotel Management Investment and Tourism Limited)

The shares of Palmali Hotel Management Investment and Tourism Limited company were controlled by Palmali Hotel Tourism & Agency Limited company. After RSR Holding became a partner of Palmali Hotel Tourism and Agency Limited company in 2012, there was a 50/50 partnership between RSR Holding and Palmali Shipping Services & Agency Inc. in Palmali Hotel Tourism and Agency Limited company.

In May 2014, at the insistence of Anar Alizada, Tolga Aghar, the son of the former Minister of Internal Affairs and Justice of Turkey was appointed to the management of “Palmarina”. Although there were rumors in the media about the sale of “Palmarina” to SOCAR in 2015, Palmali Holding reported that this was the fake news.

In january-february 2016 Anar Alizada collaborated with Tolga Agar, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bodrum Yalikavak Tourism and Yacht Port Investments and Trade Company to which “Palmarina” is affiliated, and 4 employees working in management positions in “Palmali” Group of Companies and having signature authority – Alaattin Aykac, Mehmet Ercil, Fatih Berber and Ali Kemal Celikten seized the shares of Mubariz Mansimov. Thus, on January 14, 2016 Palmarina Holding Limited (new name: Yalikavak Holding Limited) company was established by Aspect Consultancies FZE, the fully-owned subsidiary of RSR Holding, in Malta at the address (171, Old Bakery Street, Valletta, VLT1455, Malta) where SOCAR group companies are registered. On February 15, 2016, the shares of Palmali Hotel Management Investment and Tourism Limited company were transferred to Palmarina Holding Limited, taking from Palmali Hotel Tourism and Agency Limited, without the knowledge of Mubariz Mansimov.

Thus, in 2016, Anar Alizada took full control of “Palmarina” yacht port and hotels in the port. When Mubariz Mansimov found out about the fraud of his employees, dismissed them  immediately and filed a lawsuit in court about them. The lawsuit against these employees for organized fraud actions is still ongoing. Mubariz Mansimov also appealed to the Trade Court and filed a lawsuit against the fraud in the sale of his shares, as well as the new owners of yacht port and hotels, Palmarina Holding Limited and its founder, RSR Holding, demanded the cancellation of the sale by court order. Although the port was sold on the paper, Mubariz Mansimov was not paid for the sale. Along with the yacht port, Palmalife Marina Hotel and Palmarina Boutique Hotel Bodrum located in the port were also seized.

According to the information in the Turkish Trade Registry newspaper dated February 22, 2016, all shares of Palmarina Holding Limited company belong to RSR Holding, established in Singapore.

In the financial report published by Palmarina Holding Limited company in 2017, it was noted that BYK Hotel Management Investment & Tourism Limited Inc. and Levist Real Estate Development & Tourism Inc. (former name: Palmali Real Estate Development & Tourism Inc.) operate under Palmarina Holding. But Istanbul “Edition” Hotel (new name: Hyatt Centric Hotel) confiscated from Mubariz Mansimov, operates under Levist Real Estate Development & Tourism Inc. In a letter sent from prison, Mubariz Mansimov wrote about the fact of fraud:
“These 4 people (Alaattin Aykac, Mehmet Ercil, Fatih Berber, Ali Kemal Celikten) joined forces with the opposite party (Anar Alizade) sold the yacht port at a very low price by fraud. Therefore, they are judged in court together with their supporters.”

In an interview with the press in 2017 about the illegal sale of the port Mubariz Mansimov expressed confidence that he would take back the port legally.

Note that, Tolga Aghar, the director general of the yacht port, was elected MP from Erdogan’s party in 2018. In 2018, Mehmet Aghar, Tolga Aghar’s father, was appointed chairman of the supervisory board at the mega-yacht port confiscated by Anar Alizade from Mubariz Mansimov.

Currently, the port’s supervisory board is composed of Memet Kemal Aghar, Zulfu Tolga Aghar, Koray Atalik, Ali Polat, Moreno Occohiolini, Vagif Karimli, Ilgar Valiyev.

In a letter sent from prison Mubariz Mansimov mentioned Mehmet Aghar as one of the people accused in the organization of the slander action. “In their lies and slanders, they financed Mehmet Aghar (former Turkish Interior and Justice Minister Mehmet Aghar is intended), one of the former ministers, by SOCAR and another establishment (RSR Holding is intended) and acted together, as well as bribed the prosecutors and judges.”

Mehmet Agar is known in Turkey as a patron of mafia groups. Mehmet Aghar created a mafia group during his tenure at the General Police Department in the 1990s, so he is alleged to have taken a large number of bribes from dozens of Kurdish businessmen on charges of “having a name on PKK list”. It was proved that the mafia group created by Mehmet Aghar involved in hundreds of crimes in Turkey.

As a result of this research, it is clear that SOCAR president Rovnag Abdullayev and his cousin Anar Alizada merged with Mehmet Aghar one of the strongest figures of the deep state in Turkey and seized Mubariz Mansimov’s property, then Mubariz Mansimov was arrested with baseless allegations by former Palmali employees and with the consent of Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu. In the next article, we will write about existing business relations of 4 former Palmali’s managers who committed fraud against Mubariz Mansimov and made defamatory statements to the investigatory body and then were awarded by SOCAR and Anar Alizadeh for “services” in the seizure of port and hotels belonging to Mubariz Mansimov and in his arrest.

PlayStation 5 Might Be the Most Eco-Friendly Gaming Console

Sony joins the UN to fight the climate crisis with Playing for the Planet alliance.

As youth are awakening to climate change, lots of companies and brands are overhauling their manufacturing methods, as well as how their products work to meet the standards of the UN Environment’s climate resolution.

It is no surprise that a 16-year-old, Greta Thunberg –of whom Elon Musk is a fan, is one of the leading figures of climate change strikes around the globe. Thunberg is accompanied by more than 200,000 people in NY according to Crowd Counting Consortium’s data. One of the organizers of the event, 350.org, reports that approximately 4 million people participated in the demonstrations, a large portion of that crowd were young teens and students.

It makes perfect sense for the UN to create Youth and Environment Alliance and partner with the giants of the gaming industry since the climate crisis is about the future of our world, thus youth.

PS4 is already more eco-friendly than its predecessor
Jim Ryan, President & CEO, SIE, published a blog post stating that Sony will partner with the UN’s Playing for the Planet alliance. Ryan mentioned in his post that SIE was already looking for more eco-friendly products since PS4. He wrote, they “have made substantial commitments and efforts to reduce the power consumption of the PS4 by utilizing efficient technologies such as System-on-a-Chip architecture integrating a high-performance graphics processor, die shrink, power scaling, as well as energy-saving modes such as Suspend-to-RAM.”

He announced that the new generation of PlayStations will have even lower power consumption, and it will be possible to save energy equal to 1,000 U.S. homes if only one million users turn on the energy-saving feature.

Ryan also writes the changes won’t be limited only in hardware. PlayStation gaming services will complete carbon footprint assessments and inform all consumers to set-up and use energy-efficient consoles, he said.

At last but not least, he mentions that they will encourage game developers to include sustainability themes in games.

We are excited to see as much as Jim Ryan how all of these will work out, hoping the best for all of us.

Facebook Acquires Mind-Reading Neural Wristband Startup, CTRL-Labs

The deal is reportedly worth around $1 billion.

Facebook has announced that it will acquire CTRL-Labs, a neural interface startup that makes wristbands that allow users to control computers with their minds.

The deal, reported to be worth about $1 billion, is the biggest acquisition Facebook has made since it bought Oculus Rift for double the price in 2014.

Bosworth explained that CTRL-Labs “will be joining our Facebook Reality Labs team where we hope to build this kind of technology, at scale, and get it into consumer products faster.”

The company, which creates neural interfaces in the same vein as Elon Musk’s Neuralink, was co-founded by Internet Explorer creator and neuroscientist Thomas Reardon.

CTRL-Labs was founded in 2015 and has since raised $67 million in venture capital.

In his post, Bosworth says that CTRL-Labs’ wristband will be decisive in developing a new type of technology that could ultimately replace traditional keyboard-mouse setups and touchscreens.

No physical controller will be needed whatsoever to control a computer, allowing for a much faster control by humans.

“Technology like this has the potential to open up new creative possibilities and reimagine 19th century inventions in a 21st century world,” Bosworth wrote.
“This is how our interactions in VR and AR can one day look. It can change the way we connect.”
Big competitors
Two months ago, Musk unveiled the work of Neuralink in a presentation. Much in the same way as CTRL-Labs, Neuralink want to allow users to control computers with their minds.

Musk’s company will take a more extreme approach to CTRL-Labs. They want to insert chips into user’s brains surgically.

As per CNBC, the deal between CTRL-Labs and Facebook was made for between $500 million and $1 billion.

While wearables wristbands might seem less impressive than Neuralink’s mind control brain chips, CTRL-Lab’s wristband’s should need less testing, and we might hopefully see the fruits of this new deal fairly soon.
